This is an initial 30 min virtual FaceTime or GoogleMeet call for us to get to know each other and the type of support you are seeking. If you have a partner it is ideal that they join this meeting as well.
PRENATAL VISITS

Up to 3 in-person Prenatal Visits where we will discuss your overall well being and assess any concerns you may have. We can work on your birth plan together based on what your health care provider will honor. On our final prenatal visit we will have a "labor rehearsal" and make sure you have your bag ready for the Hospital or Birth Center.

I will be on call for your labor two weeks before your Estimated Due Date until the day/night you give birth.

This is where I come visit you and your baby. We can discuss your birth experience. I may share photos or writings with you if you have requested any documentation.

From here I may connect you with another postpartum doula or provide ongoing resources/support based on our discussion and your needs.
